2024 FIBA Basketball Olympic Qualifying Tournament
Four teams secure final spots for men's basketball tournament at Olympic Games Paris 2024
The first round of the FIBA Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournaments took place at the continental level in August 2023 and provided 40 countries that did not.
The 2024 FIBA Basketball Olympic Qualifying Tournament will be held from June 26 to July 1, 2024, in Piraeus, Greece. The tournament will feature 24 countries competing for the last four tickets to the men's basketball tournament at the Olympic Games Paris 2024.
The four teams that have already secured their spots in the Olympic tournament are the United States, Spain, France, and Argentina.
The remaining 20 teams will be divided into four groups of five teams each. The top two teams from each group will advance to the semifinals, and the winners of the semifinals will qualify for the Olympic Games.
The draw for the group stage will be held on March 15, 2024.
