Pacers Blow Fourth-Quarter Lead as Boston Advances

The Boston Celtics have taken a commanding 3-0 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals after a thrilling 114-111 overtime victory over the Indiana Pacers on Monday night. The Celtics overcame an 18-point deficit in the fourth quarter and rallied to take the lead in the final minutes before holding on for the win.

Jason Tatum led the way for the Celtics with 36 points, while Jaylen Brown hit a clutch three-pointer to send the game into overtime. In overtime, the Celtics took control and closed out the Pacers with a 13-2 run.

The Pacers led by as many as 18 points in the fourth quarter, but the Celtics slowly chipped away at the lead. With just over two minutes remaining, Brown hit a jumper to tie the game at 102-102. The Pacers had a chance to take the lead, but Myles Turner missed a free throw with 12 seconds remaining, sending the game into overtime.

In overtime, the Celtics took control and never looked back. Tatum scored the first five points of overtime, and the Celtics held the Pacers to just two points in the extra period.

The Celtics now have a 3-0 lead in the series and can close it out in Game 4 on Wednesday night in Boston.
